I read and enjoyed your editorial Roanoke Times 9/30/2004. I don't think wanting a better world means "setting ourselves up for failure by seeking the impossible".  If I could, I'd want to "drop back" before the advent of the gasoline engine. [Which is silly wishful thinking because we cannot, not to mention if we did THAT we'd lose our computers.]  Can we? What if I told you of a new engine that doesn't use gasoline? That would reverse global warming, reverse rates of lung disease and cancers (from environment)? Such an engine has existed since 1981 but the man who converted his Pinto to use compressed "gas" (gaseous air) failed to bring it to public attention. His last name was Boese. His car was premature but it did run him all around his hometown. Then there's an aeronautical & aerospace engineer named Abe Hertzberg, who made much more of an impact (ABC News Online keeps renaming & moving this page about Dr. Hertzberg > http://more.abcnews.go.com/sections/scitech/dye15/).

I picked up on these fellows' work last year and figured out how to silence every objection. So, your desire to return to a time when we don't have 90% of the pollution we have now is no longer wishful thinking; it's reality. While we cannot travel back in time we can "roll back" what we've done to all life on this planet and multiply the denarius given us by Holy Scripture the command to multiply what we were given, not pollute it.
 
As you watch the per barrel cost of oil rise past $XX.00, you'll see a lot more interest in my website. I've written Gov. Schwarzenegger and his environmental people; they are looking at my engine information website now.
 
Hertzberg's engine failed because he pre-warmed the liquid air droplets. In pre-warming he was destroying the compression; and the power. His prototype should have been a contender on the Utah Salt Flats. What I did was I added steam, flashed {turbocharged} into the cylinder directly before the liquid air droplets is sprayed into the cylinder. The two combine in some very violent ways, one contracting the other expanding, but both throw a powerful slam against the piston. I know it sounds like a foreign thought to you, of obtaining Power from inert liquid air droplets & water. Here's the trick! They are simply mediums carrying in energies into the cylinder. Each energy reacts and both symbiote together into a 100% synergy engine.
 
While the gasoline engine is a 4-stroke and extremely inefficient (below 25%), my engine does a power stroke every single stroke, which then increases it 400% over the gas and diesel engines. So even if it turns out to be 1/4 as powerful than our combustion engines, because of the single stroke it gets a 400% boost. In just a few years we'll start seeing the world weaning off of crude oil... not just because of my engine. There's another fellow named Hunt who has a few (4) amazing machines also that use extremely little crude oil, if any.
 
Crude oil is going away. The problem with fossil fuel engines is they're a "one shot deal". They combust something and we're left with carcinogenic, anti-life products all over the place. My system doesn't combust anything. The liquid air droplets after expansion goes around in a closed loop and is recompressed for reuse again, and again, and again. The weight of the car is used to power recompression pistons (compressors) that take the place of the springs & shocks that are now absorbing all the kinetic energy from a moving, turning, stopping, 3,000 lb vehicle. It's a complete, packaged solution that results in an explosion without combustion.
 
The liquid air droplets-cooled steam condenses as water and is routed around and back into the steam grid for re-use. Essentially then, there are two closed loops in action together. No more OPEC and very little use for fuel stations... cars that run forever by engaging the Laws of Gravity and Inertia combined with natural cycles.

I put my information online for free. Tell others. Forward this e-mail as far and wide as you can, man. I worry that a lot of people are going to commit suicide because of this oil shortage... I'm trying to prevent that.  We're on the edge of tomorrow breathing air the quality of yesterday. This is no time to be committing suicide! Human health is about to be exponentially improved through infusion of more oxygen.

Hi. About the OPEC/crude oil "problem"

Specifically on that page, he made note some 25-30 years ago:

"nitrogen expands by 980 times its volume when changing from a
liquid to a gas.
Expansion means pressure which translates to power.
1 gallon = 231 cubic inches of any liquid.
Expansion of one gallon of liquid nitrogen into
nitrogen gas yields > 980 X 231 = 226,380 cubic inches".
 
He made the statement:
"Expansion means pressure which translates to power".
Well, he was right but he was also wrong. 
He forgot the need for SPEED.    
 
Later in 1997 Professor Abe Hertzberg of the Univ. of
Washington made the same mistake Dr. Boese made. Their mistake?
 
They were correct that expanding the compressed liquid air did release power. Unfortunately their engines did not develop enough oomph power to replace the gasoline engine because they placed "air warming-expanding devices" between the liquid air (4,361 psi) and the engine cylinders!
 
In other words, Yes, the liquid air DID HAVE much power in the holding tank. But after they expanded th' heck out of it and it reached the cylinders, much of that power had been LOST. Well, where th' Sammy did it go?? The power was there! It didn't just disappear! The pressure was lost, wasted as friction against the inside surfaces of the tubes, pipes, and radiator coils!
 
Friends, I know the Dept. of Energy says air-powered engines is a failed concept. I know they want to tell you that and drown me out like a Halloween ghost. I don't think you should do that. If you know anything AT ALL about Calculus and Power, you know that Time is an important factor of Power. So, when the liquid air is expanded out through a series of tubes, pipes, or radiators the Time is being expanded, not just the compressed air!
 
Friends, the liquid air pressure droplets + flashed steam engine works. It will produce a GLUT OF POWER once it is built correctly. When they pre-expanded the compressed air before it was introduced into the cylinders they were killing Engine Power.
 
I found that engine last year (2003). It just so happened I was looking into making an auxiliary engine that would add to the gasoline engine to make a gas-steam engine hybrid, by using all the manifold heat. When I found Dr. Hertzberg's "LN2000" engine I thought his theories were correct and I could not figure out why it would not run his prototype mail truck faster than 30 mph.
 
I kept looking at it for 3 straight days. At 3:30 am Eastern it hit me... The engine needed the liquid air to go straight into the cylinder as injected air droplets. It needed FULL POWER unleashed ALL AT ONE TIME. As I reeled at the idea I reeled some more, as I realized their engines needed steam injection immediately before the liquid air droplets. That way you can have full power w/out having the engine parts freeze to a crawl.
The expansion speed of the liquid air droplets inside the cylinder is augmented even faster by the H2O molecules in the steam! As the Minus 320 degree liquid air droplets contacts the hot steam, the water molecules are instantly reduced to frozen cystals. This is an artificial creation of many millions of little molecular-sized "Black Holes" inside the cylinder, which creates an over all instantaneous vacuum that draws the liquid air droplets into a slam-hard expansion that slams into the Piston Head.
 
The steam then acts as a catalyst, which is important, but it also balances the temperature in the Engine! A balanced engine temperature makes it possible to regulate engine rpm's! It also makes it possible to place the palm of your hand on it even when it's running at top speed. I'm sure you realize then that this means the entire Cooling System can be scrapped! The engine does not need a starter, a water pump, a radiator... Air pressure *** generated by car motions & road bumps and turns is used as the Starter boost, cranking the engine over with air pressure.
 
The full Power is realized, not just by expansion alone, but by the
Speed of Expansion
. This process mimicks the gasoline explosion
but without any combustion & without any pollution.
 
I've been publishing this information onto the Internet ever since August 27, 2003. It took me a month to get the pages ready and find a host for my website, and all that stuff. Ever since then, I have continued to write and attempt to flood the Internet with this information... IT WAS TOO IMPORTANT TO WAIT FOR ME TO PATENT IT AS I DID NOT HAVE THE MONIES.
 
The engine we (Newcomen, Boese, Hertzberg & Riley) have taken 300 years to bring you does not need a refueling (service) station... does not need tons of new hydrogen fuel stations... does not need a complex Star Wars-level technology. The engine has been PROVEN TO RUN ALREADY >>> TWICE.
 
And finally, Yes. I know it seems like an Industrial Age weather miracle. In fact, I think it is a miracle... not because why you think tho. I think it's a miracle because the Planet is covered with liquid air droplets, air, & water and this process uses the same. That makes it a miracle.
