Evolution 1 ,  2 and 3

Two men, one believes that Evolution is valid and trustworthy. The other convinced that God is always with him in everything he does and his life wouldn't be the same otherwise. Both seem like REASONABLE MEN. Let's suppose they're both well-educated, have families, own businesses. Respected every where they go, and truth is they both go to the same places and cross each other's path every day. When the day comes to "check out", th evolutionist says thanks universe. Thanks for letting me live and have such a great life, and dies knowing, well, IT'S OVER. The church going Bible believer says Thanks to God when he checks out. God doesn't answer back, but he still checks out believing he is going to "meet his Maker". In the end, they're both dead. What's the difference then? I guess we each draw our own conclusion but if we LIVED inside a Court of Law the evidence for God is astronomical, worthy of a God. The diversity and inter-connectedness of all life shows evidence of a Grand Pattern that was well thought out. Such a pattern had to be initiated by someone who had limitless power to implement it. Such a power had to also possess limitless life itself because this pattern "execution" had to evolve over eons of time. Preponderance of evidence comes to mind. Our Supreme Court Justices accept that concept, the States accept it, and together they try to make us live by it whether we want to or not. So, if we were in this Court, what would Evolution have to stack up against the opposition? Bones of dinosaurs? The Bible doesn't say anything much about what animals lived prior to Adam & Eve. Then there are some excavations of differently/prematurely-aged diminutive apes that can be construed to be pre-Adam homo sapiens... Does that little evidence constitute a "preponderance of evidence"? Is it even enough to equal the evidence for a loving God who gave us TWO ARMS when we only needed one, TWO EYES when we only needed one, TWO EARS when we only needed one, TWO KIDNEYS when we only needed one, TWO TESTICLES OR OVARIES when we only needed one... and TWO LUNGS. How would evolution be able to explain that away?, when its own best proponents say the genesis cells saw a need and produced WHAT WAS NECESSARY FOR LIFE. Two of so many organs is unnecessay and redundant. We men & women should never be the way we are today had evolution been IN EFFECT AND WORKING. But, let's be fair & balanced in this imaginary Court of Law. Let's do a search 5 miles deep into the ground and see if we can find any animals, fish, that have just one testicle or look for signs of a female that has just one breast. That should give us the answer we seek..

As far as the dinosaurs are concerned, I wrote the answer to why they were so large originally on a Reader's Digest Board something like 1 or 2 years ago. Then when I wrote my original website www.askinventor.com {online March 10, 2003}, I wrote a page called "dinosaurworld" {http://www.newpath4.com/dinosaurworld.html} that included the information. It was on the first website, then when I wrote the next 2 websites I carried that page over to the new ones. Here is the explanation:

It's common knowledge that every day TONS of space dust enters the Earth's domain. Eons ago the Earth was smaller, then, and the animals grew to gigantias because the gravity wasn't pulling down on them with such ferocity as we have today. A ferocity that has reduced the size of mammals. In a real sense the animal kingdom has been locked in this "size-devolving" condition. Evolution cannot and never has been able to explain how the featherless and LARGE pterodactyl could fly, yet my explanation does. Gravity was so much less the pterodactyl didn't "just" fly. The darn thing soared and swept around thru the THIN {LOW-FRICTION} AIR like an eagle or hawk does today. Had there been any prehistoric men & women around, we simply wouldn't be here. Those giant animals and diving titanic-sized "birds" would have swooped around and had a nice breakfast of us. A short order breakfast buffet. Every day til none of us were left. It would be like us today living with a super-sized race of flying, running, stalking Edward Scissorhands cannibals who had a super-sized and quite insatiable appetite for humans. The jurors are released to go home. And today's birdlife? Since the gravity very slowly increased over millenia they had PLENTY OF TIME to develop feathers.

Before I give the answer to the riddle, I'd like to welcome all the students of some very prestigious
universities who have visited my website:

and all the schools in California,
many of which have been visiting my website for a good while now.

What about the Ice Caps melting? Is Planet Earth really turning into Mars?

The answer to that is: Maybe it is trying to... and maybe Man is contributing to that or even causing it. Some will say it is Harmless & Natural, not to listen to people screaming the Sky is Falling. Is the sky falling? Maybe. But there is one thing we could do to actually take ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION...

And the students can do the research on this. Isn't there enough arid desert wastelands on Earth that needs water? What if we began another canal-building project through the deserts? Wouldn't that lower the rising ocean water?

I think it would. But, there's something else! The surface water in all those canals would evaporate water into the overall rain cycle, effectively suspending much of the increased water and holding the ocean level down... thereby saving Florida.

Friends & Students, we cannot solve everything, but we should be able to solve simple stuff like this. Unfortunately the eskimos will still lose their homes and have to be relocated. And the aquatic species that need arctic cold may not fare well. Unless they somehow adapt. But that's all for someone else to solve.

I'm out of my league on that. But I do know how to solve Ozone Depletion, so maybe today I'll tell you that too. This is my theory on solving Ozone Depletion, by replenishing the ozone layer. This is in fact from my small novel I believe where I first revealed it, that is if memory serves me. Anyway, we can set up ozone capturing filtering condensing units in our largest cities, cool the ozone and freeze it into tanks for transport. We take the tanks to the geomagnetic north pole (not THE North Pole), and open the tank caps.

As the frozen ozone melts, it changes states from frozen to liquid to a gas again, and somewhere in those changes -in an instant of time- the ozone has a magnetic charge. So my postulation and theory is that as the ozone passes thru this lightweight magnetically-charged state the gravitiational flux headed upwards hits the temporarily magnetized ozone and knocks it up into the ozone layer, replenishing it.

It may work, and maybe it won't. But so far as I know, no one else has a theory besides me. If it does work it sure would help reduce skin cancer, turn Global Warming around, so I tend to think it's a shot in the dark worth investigating. Then, in domino-like true looping fashion, the abating of Global Warming would bring back some of the melted Ice Caps... completing the circle of life... leaving us with more livable land area and an improved Climate... and give the Eskimos their homes back.

Examination of Several Theories; The Spawning of Man:
Discussion between Doors Number #1, #2, & #3  

I guess we basically have 3 choices. We grew from rats, God made us, or we are the children of other beings who deposited us here (or genetically altered apes to become us ). I choose Door No. 2 for several reasons not just an ego rush with the resulting self-induced, lifetime endorphin dump. God's Right to Rule us was challenged in Eden. Adam & Eve chose to follow another being we call Satan. This action condemned us all via genetic inheritance. IF the question had been raised before on some other Earth, the next 6,000+ years of misery would have been un-necessary... because the question would be answered. Adam & Eve would have died as their bodily perfection waned, but their children would have been able to claim Jesus' sacrifice RIGHT THEN. (That is to say, Jesus' sacrifice on the other planet.) Each planet after the first would be spared millenia of sickness, suffering, wars, weird diseases and death. That's why since we're doing the trip and dying, we must be the first of mankind to have to go through this.

3 choices means 33% likelihood for each. Door Number 2 gets 33% flat unless... we make a distinction between intellect-spawned Life and strict non-intellect spawning, making intellect spawning the favorite at 66%. I choose intellect-spawned Life over barebones Evolution. I make this choice because we just don't see life springing from dead cells, anywhere. And then there's another major reason. Being the first planet to undergo this we have to do the legwork on our own, unaided. Any Great Intellect or Great Outer Space Parent Civilization would understand that for mankind to develop its fortitude, resolve, & grow a backbone, we have to learn responsibility and solve our own problems in our own backyard. Meaning they (whether parents or a God, visible or invisible -angels-) would stay out. But, they haven't exactly done that either! We've had angels appear to humans as recorded in the Bible and we've also had UFO/alien craft buzz through several times. All these interactions indicate less toward believing Evolution and more toward believing in a great Intellect-God or Intellect-Species.

So my conclusion isn't just mired in some emotional-crutch swampland deal in Florida. I have very solid reasons behind my beliefs that the Life we see on Planet Earth was not an accident... and anyone who does choose to believe it has a serious disadvantage at proving a preponderance of evidence. So for me the question falls to either a single God creating mankind or a Super Species tolling around the Universe impregnating the apes or doping whatever near-intelligent life they find to attain to conscious knowledge. For them, it would be a game. A game to sit back and watch, like a terrarium or an ant farm. One could even construe that such a Species would be running from the death of their own galaxy to keep the thread of Life active, never-ending. All that line of reasoning is difficult to prove from a lack of evidence. We have few if any computers being excavated from digs anywhere. No signs to substantiate. Basically then,

What do we have?! Fossils, a layered Earth that contains evidence of previous Ice Ages that may be recurring, and the books on religion. The Bible is the foremost choice because it covers such a long timespan with an integrated message: that Earth was made to be our home and will be restored to be our home; that our parents failed but we can choose a Saviour who did not fail. He won, and through his win we can win also by being baptized, legally transferring our genealogy from the fleshly Adam & Eve to the spiritual Jesus Christ... simply by asking and then attempting to live our lives in accordance with the ways children of a perfect parent should try to live. For these many reasons, I still choose Door Number 2, God and the Holy Bible... realizing full well many of you don't want that door. It's too hard. It involves a level of difficulty or responsibility that's too heavy. But for any who feel that way, I would point out the many answers I've found to Mankind's problems, answers I never would have found if I hadn't walked through Door Number #2.

But the 66% is still a split choice: God or Super Species-god? is a choice between lots of evidence and no evidence except some UFO sightings. UFO sightings isn't exactly contact in the flesh while stories of a Noah's Ark we can't find doesn't stack up either. So, faced with a lack of evidence, how do we choose between these 2? I choose to believe in God because I've read a lot in the Bible and found a coherence that spans millenia across a string of writers who did not know each other. I find that a proof worth considering. A disconnected group of men who could not collaborate with each other yet managed to make a completed message. Some of you will not accept that as "proof" but it is a powerful statement nonetheless, one that no one should automatically discount without first reading and studying the messages it contains. Then, after due consideration, then you make an informed decision. You might also even consider my website www.newpath4.com to be a modern-day addendum because it shows how the Bible's answers are the best answers we have for survival.
