Hi. I never said there wasn't any friction losses or any kind of losses. If you read my previous posts here and some of the links on ../NNINDEX/nnindex.htm you would know I am NOT proposing an engine system that "plays by the rules". MY SYSTEM CHEATS. IT CHEATS EVERY CHANCE IT GETS. It is in fact engine efficiency cannibalism. It is a vicious Botany Bay Colony energy scavenger.

I am not just a proponent of regenerative braking <> the enginewow system is a 100% regenerative car. Or pickup. Or tractor-trailer. One main thought here is that there is a way & there is an equation for making such a system that we NEVER need to pay for fuel again but it is NOT free energy! It is SMART ENERGY, smart by design.

Air is 78+% inert (nitrogen etc.) + H2O is definitely inert. These two separately cannot equal the power produced in a combustion engine. Stop thinking combustion. Enginewow is NOT a combustion system. It is however an EXPLOSION SYSTEM. Steam is 320 degrees F while the compressed air in liquid form {from slowed air molecules} makes it Minus 320 degrees.

This is a combined temperature difference of 640 degrees. Tornadoes are a prime example of the exponential power of a temperature difference weather engine but A TORNADO DOES NOT HAVE A DIFFERENCE OF 640 DEGREES. Enginewow temperature difference is on the order of 2500% over that of a tornado. I'm just showing people they can have a powerful yet non-polluting engine that utilizes these principles. Enginewow is an artificially-created, cylinder-contained weather force system. When the heated steam is confronted by & encounters ice cold injected liquid-air droplets there results an EXPONENTIALLY SYNERGISTIC POWER. It is a confined energy system, trapped inside the cylinder. Cylinder walls cannot move, the engine head cannot move. The only thing that can move is the piston head.

My engine does NOT use that steam for the main power. Compressed air does that. Yet think of the Power of Steam Reversed and that is what enginewow does! You wrote a good post with good ideas. Yet you still "think" along the lines of Washington DC when you mention energy conservation. Enginewow is a very powerful and dynamic positive energy engine system that is designed to conserve on every level but it does not have to conserve any more than a tornado. Mr. Brown, there are various "outside sources" at work. Here are many of them: the Law of Exponents applying to the Kinetic Motion and resulting Momentum Forces, Gravity, Inertia, Leverage. Look, uhm, our vehicles now ignore all that, fail to take advantage. Instead the early automakers considered gravity, friction, inertia to be ENEMIES OF VEHICULAR MOTION and put together an automobile "package" that tried to control those "evil forces" using springs & shocks. Then to nullify engine heat {WASTED ENERGY} they further patched their systems with a cooling system.

There are a number of variables that require some earnest R & D. The Primary Source of the air pressure is not from the side-to-side motion so you won't have to roll your car. Storage of compressed air is in the air lines from the compressors to the engine. No large air tanks are required for cars, might be for trucks. But look at the trucks now. A tractor trailer truck has 2 300-500 gallon tanks already.

Early Volkswagen Beetlebugs had a low weight, therefore required small horsepower, and everyone loved having one. I think you're over-estimating how much energy is required to pull a 1100-1300 lb. car down the highway. It's on wheels, not square blocks.

The heating of the water is simple enough. The water first encircles the compressors to help cool them <{two birds one stone}> which pre-heats the water before reaching the cylinder. Immediately before injection the hot water goes through a flash steamer pipe much like a steam iron does for clothes. This is simple battery-voltage coil stuff that cars already use, just with this engine instead of firing 60,000 Volts to 4-6-8 spark plugs the stepped up voltage is steaming H2O.

Once the system is correctly tweaked it will not need all that much of either the steam or the compressed air. There have already been two cars run on compressed air. The 1st was a Ford Pinto adapted by Dr. Harold Boese, who encyclopedias calls the "Father of Modern Cryogenics". That was around 1980. The second was Dr. Abraham Hertzberg. His prototype ran successfully in 1997 but failed to reach over 30 mph.

He helped build our Space Shuttle program. He was both an aeronautics engineer and aerospace engineer. Both these men were highly respected for their lifetimes of accomplishment.

Dr. Hertzberg used nitrogen but later stated he wished he had used plain air because the news media ripped him for how much electricity it takes to separate nitrogen out of the air. He also made other mistakes that took power from his engine, mistakes I corrected. The pressurized nitrogen at 4,361 psi actually was plenty high to go hauling down the highway but he pre-warmed it TWICE before it went into the cylinders.

Each step of pre-warming was stepping down the pressure. He borrowed an "economizer" from steam locomotives & then the flow was directed through a heavy duty radiator. My design does neither of those things.

Full power -at whatever psi decided later- reaches the cylinders. The icy cold Negative 320 degree liquid air does not lock the engine because of the flash steam. What I am showing you has another name besides my hastily-chosen "enginewow" file name from 2003. It is called "desktop fusion". All I have done #1 is shown how to make it & #2 how to make it work in your car or pickup, without Americans needing gasoline/diesel fuel hoses like suckling infants.

It is time for America, China, EU to wean off of crude oil derivative fuels.
They are no longer necessary. Gasoline costs us $14.00 a gallon
once you add the TOTAL COST of people dying, which cripples our
healthcare system with debt. Biodiesel & ethanol are stopgaps.
My engine is worth the trouble to fix. We have the money,
we just do not have the Will.

What gives Woodrow Riley the authority to proclaim my engines to be "Fusion Engines"? {The enginewow car engine of July 12 2003 + the Millenial Dawn engine that came about from enginewow on February 15 2005.} The definition of fusion engines has not been completely defined yet and may never be. Similar, dedicated engines yet to be discovered may well be classified as being other Types of Fusion Engines. They come close to exibiting characteristics of what we see in real life almost to the point of being a new lifeform.

I am not saying my engines are the only ones; not saying it now & never have said it. My engines may be the first of their kind that run efficiently enough to run themselves plus do extra work outside of that by adding leverage points with raw speed. They run in circles, accomplishing "uni-directional circular reciprocity" that does what I call "complementary synergy". All these mean is a repeating loop design where each step feeds the overall process til it returns again to the Start, and then restarts. Or not. These engines can be turned off and restarted any time because when turned off they stop at a point where they are charged for restart.

That's the way they will be built to do.
