The Engine; What, Why & How
nytimes forum posts of May 24 '05 & RenewAmerica Gifs

I suppose most people reading my posts must think I'm fooling around. About fixing a steam engine for cars & trucks... Well, I recently wrote 2 posts on another board; they came out good so I saved them as Gifs:

This 1st gif explains how my steam-enhanced engine
isn't the same as any of these new hybrid cars:
HybridCar_Vs_HybridMiracleSteamEnhanced2in1Engine56k.gif

This 2nd gif explains the advantages of a steam-engine
and how I adapted it to work in cars & trucks:

Basically tho, a hybrid car has 2 engines while mine combines 2 engines into just the one unified system. The hot steam balances the cold compressed air temperatures, so that my engine is self-cooled. There is no waste heat. Which, man's man, if you'll recall, wasted HEAT from any engine is a Clear Sign of Inefficiency. Mine has none: Strongheart10

A lighter engine results. No radiator (no poisonous antifreeze into our groundwater), no cooling system (hoses, pump, thermostat), tires last longer (Saves Landfill space & lowers leachate run-off). Uses neither a carburetor or current fuel injection, but a new injection system would be needed. And since it doesn't exhaust any pollutants, it does not need a muffler, catalytic, or tailpipe.

It's something new we aren't used to:
an enclosed engine, no waste, nothing poops on the ground.

Just when you open those gifs you have to put your mouse over the picture, and an enlargement selection box will appear in the lower right corner. In those 2 gifs alone, I've managed to pretty much fully explain why my engine is superior.

Detroit & half the country knows about this engine & is starting to talk. (Europe, Asia, Australians & Canadians like it too!)

I know that back in 2003 when I fixed the
LN2000 by adding the steam component, that
it did seem like a Miracle. And, it is. Why, the
original Steam Engine itself was a miracle
the way they made the opposed cylinders to switch off:
http://www.newpath4.com/steamanim1.gif .
A Miracle of Engineering, yet very Simple.
My engine is Simple too... http://www.newpath4.com/icyhot7.htm .

I've combined the highly efficient Steam engine with
compression-liquified air to make a non-polluting engine.
It's right there. It's there waiting for us.

The Steam locomotive cylinders in this animated gif show steam being pressure-fed into the cylinders. It took a lot of wood and/or coal burning on a steam engine to create that amount of raw steam.

The steam pressure came from outside heat being applied to the water.

With my engine, the steam isn't needing to be "under pressure"; it just needs to be steam. You see, the pressure inside the cylinder comes from the injected liquid air. For air to be a liquid, it has to be compressed with 4,361 psi . The pressure is needed, it just doesn't come from the steam. It comes when the liquid air -as injected droplets- enters a steam filled cylinder...

Steam is made easily with an electric-powered steamer, and is easy because the car already has an alternator to make the electricity. The cylinder is empty, steam is injected into the cylinder, then the port closes behind. The liquid air is then injected INTO THE HOT STEAM and it explodes into its fully-expanded state.

((( NO combustion. Just explosion. )))

At least, THAT'S WHAT IT TRIES TO DO. There's a problem tho. The Piston is in the way. And that's how low-pressure steam energy combines with high-pressure liquid air to join together, blasting against the piston head.

The question to ask then is "Would that explosion equal the explosion from Gasoline or Diesel"? For starters, as explained in those Gifs, this engine does a complete Power Stroke each time the piston returns. Unlike the other engines which do 1 power stroke and then 3 accessory strokes to return for another power stroke (explosion)...

This means this Steam-Air Engine has a 4:1 Power Advantage ...
because the final weak stroke is not delivering
the compression power for the next Power stroke.
What th heck does that mean?!

IT MEANS MY ENGINE NEEDS ONLY
PRODUCE 1/4 POWER TO DO
THE SAME AMOUNT OF REAL WORK AS A GASOLINE ENGINE.

Except...
EXCEPT WHAT?!
Except that since this engine does away with

the entire Cooling, Radiator, & Exhaust Parts, water
jacket & antifreeze, that the
CAR IS LIGHTER.

Therefor a tremendous Power Advantage again.

I don't know why the engineers at Detroit cannot grasp
such a simple engine. Hollywood has. Hollywood
movies for decades have postulated engines that
are tiny by today's standards yet very powerful.
Hollywood knows it. Scientists admit it.
Hollywood got it from scientists in the First Place.

But no one wants to walk out on the limb and build it.

Meanwhile, 2 YEARS after I put it online
gasoline prices are castrating our Economy.

And our Interstate system is falling apart
under the current vehicle weights,
yet Detroit is
putting out heavier cars with TWO ENGINES?
Where's the sanity in THAT?!

Well, I guess I must be pretty damn smart
if I'm the only one who can see this jigsaw fixed.
I've done my gosh-darn best to explain it
for the last 22 months...

If Riley cracks the egg in the middle of a
forest, WILL ANYONE HEAR IT?.
We will see.
hehehe We'll also find out
how many people read my posts...

That's how you keep Minus 320 degree liquid air
from freezing the piston.
And locking the engine.

That's how you use steam to
keep the engine from freezing.

That's how you use two energy extremes
to create a powerful explosion...
with no pollution.

And that's how you make a
modern, car-sized STEAM ENGINE
.

Steam engine. One of the most powerfully
efficient machines Mankind has ever made.

This engine does not pollute because
it works smarter, NOT HARDER.

The original steam engine was a miracle... for its day.
Now the miracle is back. Trouble is, maybe no one
believes in miracles any more.
In which case I should walk away.

But now you see, there are still a few miracles around.
