Five (5) months ago my blood pressure was 160/100
and above.
I barely had the stamina to walk up to my apartment
(31 steps).
So every so often I started taking a fairly deep
breath before
starting up the steps. By holding my breath I was
applying
pressure to the oxygen molecules to help dissolve
more
O2 into my blood stream.
My stamina went up within
just a few days.
I also found a webpage, don't have the link
handy,
but this fellow said when you take less than 14
breaths
per minute it causes your blood pressure to drop.
That
was what began happening
from holding my breath.
It's like giving yourself an
exercise from the inside!
Cigarette smoke absorbs into the blood inside the
mouth.
So does Oxygen!
Liquids in the mouth are absorbed directly
also.
So does liquid nutrition.
The best way to get the fastest -and Maximum-
absorption
from powdered nutrition products is to place a
little in your
mouth and let the salivary dissolve it. It goes
straight
into your bloodstream...
All that nutrition & oxygen entering your blood
right there
next to your brain means all the good is going into
the brain.
Or at least a lot of it. So whether I lose weight
or not is a
secondary issue right now.
