Test Answers to What are the best exercises/diets/workouts to cure obesity?
Highlighted =Fountain of Youth Specifics= Temperature Oscillation of the Human Body

Q1:  >  What is the very best exercise?
A1a: > Walking to the clinic to get tested first, then >
A1b: > Shivering in the cold, artificially induced by wall-partition located air conditioner-type devices.
A1c: > There are many, perhaps hundreds of exercise moves. The best exercises
are those which engage the circulatory system because they provide a "pump"
to the human body. Aerobic exercises pump the lungs and heart, but aerobics
is basically any exercise which is applied by the individual. Such as:
              a) Running, jumping jacks, squat thrust, & other repetitives (free weights)
              b) Most any prolonged endeavor which raises the metabolism.
              c) Extended energetic hiding from people trying to get you to do chores.

Explain A1b: > Shivering from slight hypothermia engages deep muscles/all muscle groups.

Explain A1c: > Trampolining is best because at the top of the bounce you experience a
lack of gravity and at the bottom you experience the gravity of a larger planet. However,
it is more than that. It is the "In & Out" -going from no gravity to high gravity- that is
forcing the body through ever changing values! That makes it possibly the very best
circulatory exercise ever devised. Otherwise, do a hop-shuffle in sockfeet on linoleum.

Special Note: > All it takes is a few short times a day.

Q2:  > Any other "best exercises" not included in #1?
A2a: > Yes, of course. Taking time to stretch when you wake up.
A2b: > Cheetahs & house cats increase speed, agility, & performance by stretching.

Note: > Long time periods of working out are not necessary. All of the above can be
done to GREAT BENEFIT in just 5-10-15 minute's time per 12 to 24 hours
to achieve a high degree of physical excellence.

Q3:  > How can someone experience shivering?
A3a: > Walking into a partitioned air-conditioned room, basement, garage, +hot side+cold side+.

A3b: > You can also take diet pills and any number of thermogenic products to
raise the metabolism, inducing "chemical shivering". But the problem with
artificially raising the metabolism with herbs & chemicals is they penetrate
into the organs (wherever the blood carries them). Many people have problems
with their health that makes such products a threat to their lives. Older people
especially can experience bone & joint drying from these (i.e. Age Faster).

A3c: > Since we cannot bring THE MALL to our home, we set up a system
of applied cooling to be alternating with applied heating <> IN THE HOME.
The home! The home has been <> THE ANSWER ALL ALONG.

Special Notes: >
Shivering for long periods of time can kill someone. Prolonged cold will slow the bloodflow
in body organs, eventually causing death. Alternating between a heated area to & from a
cold area prevents that from happening AND provides the pump. The newpath4 7-page
series titled Fountain of Youth - http://www.newpath4.com/fountainofyouth.htm - covers
more subjects regarding "applied damages theory" (shivering) and how it makes a
human being become more powerful & *much more importantly* more efficient.

Q4: > What else besides shivering + pumping the lungs/breathing harder?
A4: > I'm glad you asked that question. Ideally, a deep dip in a swimming pool.

** Now for the nitty gritty: accessibility. If you cannot afford trampolines, gym memberships,
** expensive personal trainers, specialized diet programs, & do not have access to a swimming pool,
** (all of the above including mall money) WHAT DO YOU DO?

                                             YOU  IMPROVISE

Without a swimming pool {click here for more links}, you have several very good choices!
There's #1) taking a slight breath and holding while you walk up a few steps. Same effects,
strengthening the inner chest walls & increasing bloodstream oxygenation of lung capillaries.
#2 is by blowing up balloons, which causes an increased "back pressure" into the lungs. This
causes more oxygen molecules to be dissolved into the artery capillaries, just like being under
the pressure of water in a swimming pool, although less so. This esp for the elderly & disabled.

Q5:  > What is the ultimate answer to 100% health for any one person?
A5a: > You find what makes you laugh.
        > You combine the above for faster-than-usual results.
        > You discover the full range of mental-physical health for you.
        > You position yourself for the soon-to-come Space Tourism <> this page.
        > Plus You just plain have a better life with less of you being pulled down by gravity.

A5b: > M-O-D-E-R-A-T-I-O-N. You start out in Granny Gear, real slow.
Combining all of the above with gusto from the gitgo could killyou.

Q6:  > What are the best diets?
A6a: >  Like new cars, the ones you let others try first.
A6b: > The ones you start after you've had a COMPLETE physical.
A6c: > The diets you already use work better with the Fountain of Youth System

Q7:  > Anything else?
A7a: > Drink the vitamin-rich liquid in canned vegetables.
A7b: > Sometimes make the hard choices <> on purpose.

If you do the above you will be so healthy you won't want any drugs.
These are the best ideas I have for you after 3 years study.
Damages causes increased use of stem cells,
the God-given ones already inside you.
You will have to do the rest.
God bless.
