Whew. The copycat discussion returns: "Humans just like to copycat, right Woody? Scientists Discover Key to Fashion Trends link. In pop culture, the one constant is change. And according to new research, what’s hot in baby names, dog breeds, clothing “must haves” and chart-topping music is the result of random copy-cats."

In the following pghs we plan to put this copycat subject to rest, which we thought we had done on this link & a little here about the 666 {May 13 2006}. Let's bring all the loose strings together under a spotlight of understanding -& hopefully wisdom- and see what connections we can make. Is it evil to be a copycat? We do it all the time! Look how many times I use the same letters of the alphabet copied from 20+ posts made on Reader's Digest.

You are a copycat of what you were yesterday. Re-inventing oneself takes too much mental work. Neural pathways get used to making decisions the same way. We begin applying the same partially-working solutions when confronted with the same problems.

That is part of why we are in Iraq, why we choose combusting-polluting fuels, keep returning to doctors who do not try to change the underlying conditions that cause illness, treating the symptoms instead, so your copycat self comes back with the same infections 2 months from now.

Is Global Warming a copycat or is it a unique occurrence? Scientists say it has happened many times in Earth's History before now. That kind of fools people. It is easy to cry COPYCAT and keep doing whatever you've been doing, comfortable in your belief nothing new has happened. But the people who believe it is unique do so because there have never been this many billion extra human respirating bodies and animal respirating bodies and fewer respirating plantlifes and the ocean's reduced ability to "handle" carbon dioxide, resulting in death of oceanlife species, know what is happening today is certainly NOT A COPYCAT of any previous time this world has ever seen.

The Bible -and what words Jesus said (the few that are recorded)- also says this is a unique time but, it's sort of strange because although this time is unique ("pre-Armageddon") it is also a copycat of "The Flood of Noah's Day". At any rate most people know by now that something significant in human history is about to boil out of the pot and over the sides, almost like Al Gore was right when he said the "Earth is having a fever" but now in 2008 comes this: plants in the oceans are "vomiting" excess carbon dioxide instead of oxygen. However, there's several positive Biblical ways to look at Global Climate Change.

The World looks at it as a looming disaster, much like we look at the last week's U.S. tornado count around 80 in two day's time. The World equates ocean rise as a disaster that needs to be avoided at all costs. The world of men. Before the Noachian Flood, after the rains began, the people looked at falling rain as something new, but as the waters began rising to their doorstep and drowning their animals a horror must have set in. For Noah and his family it was not a horror for them at all. Noah could easily reason out the extra water would be needed for all the extra people that would live after the Flood.

So it is now today. This extra ocean rise appears to be a disaster but the extra fresh water will be needed for when all the people begin coming back to life in the Resurrection > Acts 24:15 + Revelation 20:13-15. Extra water being added into the overall global water cycle will be needed to raise the extra food crops. So whether global warming is a DISASTER ON THE MOVE or not depends on whether you've made the moves in your life to be around on the other side of the ocean flood.

Armageddon, then, is a good thing and extra fresh water being added into the water cycle is a good thing, when you see the big picture the Bible has been showing us was coming for almost 2,000 years. Planet Earth is being systematically prepared for a new future. Today is the yearly Memorial of Christ's Sacrifice that is only held at Kingdom Halls of Jehovah's people, and no where else. I personally believe it would be a rather good idea to be there. The "herd" you find there is not headed down the ramp. It is a new ramp but it goes up just like Noah's did. Sometimes being a copycat is the right thing to do and later on becomes something to be proud of you did do.

That is why we need a "God's Kingdom" solution to bring real equality to the human family. As long as the Merchant-Corporations (Revelation Chapter 18 verse 3) keep the scenery changing at a set {comfortably-mind-sedating} speed of so many frames per second the Public conscious remains lulled into sipping beers planted in front of All in the Family reruns. Yes tabby, isn't the Science of Sociology great? It also makes a great controlling weapon.

Some Kingdom Halls have these and others are still being set up.

Basically though, learning what the Bible teaches is not difficult. Having a number of different teachers helps us "collate" the information and "make it our own". I did that when I learned to bake donuts, learning from numerous Dunkin' & Pillsbury expert bakers, and did it when I learned the Bible. Teachers are not born to be copycats.
