Yes it can. Where does the air come from? That is the really fun part! The shock absorbers & the springs (energy dampeners) are replaced with central chassis compression pistons that quite simply keep the air compressed to a liquid - engine running “on the fly”, harnessing kinetic energy of vehicle-weight motion. No<Pollution>None :Do you expect big brother auto to spoon feed us? They will so long as you don't question them.

These companies are ignoring their own history. 1903 they knew an engine could be made to run on compressed air. They shelved it in favor of pollution, asthma, and emphysema. They chose profit over health. They keep telling us over & over that they're the “New <insert Auto Maker Company Name>”. In fact, you're having trouble reading this page aren't you! It's because you have been brainwashed to believe They are Right, everyone else is Wrong. The car companies are the same they have always been. They haven't all got religion suddenly.
