Alternative Energy! We think of solar, wind, tides where a naturally moving stream of fluid turns an electric turbine or generator. Heavier fluids create more electric power. The "vaporgenerator" is patterned after such a device, the water wheel, with a major difference; it makes its own flow using the incredible solenoid speed plus various levers to magnify the resulting electric current that is produced. It is not a perpetual motion engine.

The dual solenoids are opposed to each other to generate a "recoil-less" thrust as a metal steelie stream. Do not let this fool you; a solenoid "fires" so fast it can break bones. All aspects of this engine supplement into being a G-power magnification engine: the balls push the arms, which acting as levers magnify the power turning the top generator. As the top generator continues thru its spin, the arms quickly direct the balls back at the bottom generators... as it sends electric current to the capacitor 24/7 (360 degree), charging the capacitor. The matched balls must both return to starting position, depressing or otherwise activating a dual switch before the solenoids will re-fire using the capacitor's stored charge; ie. vaporgenerator resets itself each revolution real-time. {Real time <=> no battery.}
This "portable water wheel" takes its "metal stream" anywhere you want to go, self-renewing, able & running anything that uses electricity. All generated forces are used whether they be Positive or Negative. It is a "No Waste Engine". With modifications & some additions such an overpower engine does Anti-Gravity. In Outer Space -where there isn't any friction (no atmosphere, sparse gravity)- this engine will go very fast. I wrote of this engine many months ago.
Note 1: Balls are turned back as top generator's "arms" negotiate outwardly thru TDC (top dead center) therefore little appreciative negative force to counteract this process {where TDC=100% dual left|right sideoutward extensions}.

Here's the answer to your question. There is no math difference either way you write it. E=mc2 is the same as mc2=E. Plug in the same numbers, get the same answer out. What makes them different is psychological <> What makes it different is the difference in results. E=mc2 gave us a single-bang weapon <> mc2=E gives us a timed-release power running a generator to make a regular release of electric current or Force as desired.

One of the advantages of this "vaporgenerator" is the speed with which it can be designed & implemented into Society <> homes, store shelves. Much sooner than a new fleet of nuclear power plants in a million lbs. of concrete & steel. As far as Hydrogen power for cars, it's years away. So, maybe we don't have that many years away from an "environmental Armageddon" >>>

I apologize that some people have thought this Millenial Dawn engine is Perpetual Motion. I wish I could oblige you but it just isn't. It will be very fast & looks like Perp <> it is really fast then it stops, really fast then it stops, repeating, til turned off.
Hardly qualifies as Perp. Each completed cycle leaves the kinetic energy totally used by the two generators, one of which recharged the capacitor to fire the solenoids the next time.
Ball energy is divided between the two generators.
#1 generator charges capacitor
#2 generator sends electric out
It is simply two generators in the path of a decaying orbit.
From the moment it fires it's dying toward Zero.
