"PERP" = abbreviation for PERPETUAL MOTION
Perpetual Motion *most likely* does not exist. Everyone knows that.
Perpetual Power is an entirely different animal: perpetuity cycles
unleashed.
Websters New World > perpetual: 2.
continuing without interruption; constant.
Some say the Millenial Dawn engine is Perp therefore cannot
work.
It
does not continue without interruption yet it is constant,
a constant cycle that has regular
interruptions.
The interruptions are very, very, fast but they are there and they
have
enough value to declare the Millenial Dawn engine to not qualify as
"perp".
Dual solenoids "fire" at the exact same time > 100% {or close} energy
in the moving balls used.
The balls return to the Starting Position. Energy depleted. Motion stops.
And at that point, any notion of perpetual motion stops also.
The Millenial Dawn engine can be stopped at any time.
But as long as it is left running it is constantly
running in a dedicated, enclosed cycle.
THAT is why people have trouble with the engine. It
splits the definition in two.

For
a double-sided "waterwheel"-style engine like Millenial Dawn
to work I had to envision a "dual-direction" electric generator >
Generator paddles receive balls from both directions, creating electrical
current.
mc2=E = controlled devastation <> electrical power anywhere on
Earth.
mc2=E = controlled devastation <> power in the deserts, power on the
mountains.

hybrid cars?! We don't need hybrid cars.
Millenial Dawn engine makes full electric
cars.
However, it is of great note that a German company is ready to produce a
new
entry into the sales floor by 2009. I wrote a page telling about it some
{
here}
but in a nutshell, it is a turbo diesel-powered lightweight {1,000 lbs.}
sports
car that generates 20/50 hp for a 100/120+ speedometer slap while
only
using small amounts of diesel fuel > 150 mpg. {or click here

Earth
has sustained a lot of damage resulting in un-precedented "global climate change".
V-8 engines could be reduced to V-4's, converted to biodiesel, or converted
to my own
air-steam relatively quickly, by 2010 we could have 75% change
completed.
If we got serious about it. But all of this conversioning would take
lots
of energy, counter-productive polluting energy. Talking pouring on the
coal.
The German Loremo &/or a Millenial Dawn Electric would consume less
electricity in production.
Lightweight translates into less road repairs, saving $$$ + saving asphalt
pollution of air & water.
Both vehicles are very lightweight, therefore protective of Earth's air
& groundwater supplies.
Environment, ecosystems, species becoming extinct <> all can be
reversed, replenished.
Essentially, today, March 31, 2006, we see the light at the end of the
tunnel.
Sincerely,
Woodrow Riley
