Ultimate Engine   After the Fact   Solving ICBM + Killer Asteroids   

Sometimes Entrance Plans AND Exit Plans can't wait 4 more years to be examined. The reason I raise that is that answers have to come from examining the whole ball of wax, both sides of the pendulum and everything in between. Partial answers result from anything less, achieving piecemeal solutions. Still better than no solutions? Elections come at intervals, but 4 year intervals? Too many changes now are erupting in between. We need to switch from just elections at 4 year intervals and add mini-elections (votes) that have shorter intervals. For instance, if Americans decide to no longer want to be involved in some un-winnable war. A vote is a mini-election of ideas. The election of a President may begin to assume a lesser importance while the mini-elections (votes on a particular war for instance) in between at a more realistic life-imitating speed become of major importance. 4 years of "Staying a Course" -if it turns out the course was in error- simply cannot wait til the next presidential election!

Voting for people is a distant second to voting on ideas.  

The world is going too fast (the speed of ideas and the misery of wrong ideas) to tolerate an America that makes corrections at the speed of a sick dinosaur. I guess what I'm saying is: We need to begin shifting from the lumbering "physical speed" to "idea speed". Doing less sometimes forces us to drag along on a wrong course, which the world is beginning to see, resulting in the world (and some citizens) getting very very angry as they perceive Americans as not caring... which is wrong.

Americans DO care. It's the UNCARING SLOW SYSTEM THAT IS CAUSING PEOPLE TO HATE US. Each day hundreds & thousands of people are dying at Life Speed. A system that tolerates that -can't try to change at an equal speed- is doomed to cause a lot of anger. Voting for people has to be slow because human relationships are slow. Death is fast and irreversible, and rightfully demands instant voting, which is possible from widespread computers. Voting for politicians is being held up tho because of viruses and hackers. For all votes to have value the system has to be pure and can't tolerate a 1% error, but ideas can tolerate such small errors and still be right. Like polling. New directions and midstream re-directions can be achieved even with errors of +/- 4%... even +/- 33%. Viruses written by lightspeed-bright hackers assault our systems out of anger at the cold molasses movement. These people try to nudge us to speed (tweak) the system by chipping away at the hatefully slow systems we have settled for.

The Double Hammer Effect  

Take for instance the environment. It's being hammered. Not from just one direction. The things doing the hammering are evil because there's the obvious visible upfront & honest side we see, and then there's the anti-cause hidden & therefore slimy we don't see that doubles the problem. Global warming is from the obvious excess pollutions coming from fossil fuel metabolism, but it isn't just that. The lowering of oxygen that I realized to be so important is the other side of the coin. Many times when we have an election, we tend to focus on the sides we see. In between elections we may come to see many things that stayed successfully hidden during the election. And that was why a rove can be so successful, and his methods so ultimately slimy & evil. IMHO, such people manage to encourage the focus to stay more on what we want to see than what we needed to pause on, look at, & examine as many sides as we could. And maybe that's okay to do some of that, but it screams out for balance in between the elections. Balance between people and ideas.

Ultimately the ideas have to win,  
not the President's smile or sex or race/color.  

Medical Care:  "After the Fact"  

The obvious environmental problem is engines creating polluting chemicals, molecules. The hidden is that the engines in combusting steal oxygen away from the living who need it for health. The evil and slime in this is that our engines take the oxygen more efficiently than the living (us, animals, fish), the lowered oxygen favoring airborne diseases that are normally oxygen-reduced. Oxygen-starved engines leave us the dregs to exist. Also, our healthcare system can't do a lot about that because it treats people AFTER THE FACT; the EPA treats problems AFTER THE FACT; in fact, much of what we have been doing has been attempting to fix things AFTER THE FACT. Treating children for weird cancers is a noble effort yet it comes AFTER THE FACT. That is why my system attacking the causes, changing the roots at the beginning BEFORE THE FACT has to be the better answer. Dropping back to punt only comes after we eat humble pie, and we don't want to do that! It's like pulling teeth. Making each home into its own oxygen-producing greenhouse system that ALSO DOUBLES UP as an electrical-generating system is a correction that desperately needs to take place, because it corrects things from going bad IN THE BEGINNING. We're not being caught from being lazy; we're being caught from not working smarter. Our human equation is inefficient compared to car engines and we are losing. Life itself is losing. We have to move faster, smarter, with the agility of the cheetah. We have to take the first blow advantage, and keep it.

Footnote: None of this should surprise anyone. Scientists & mathematicians have long been recognizing that time and matter runs in complete loops, just like the weather cycle. So the answer began in the Bible when it starts: "In the beginning", and that it has to find completion "In the beginning". I call it dropping back and punting. You all can call it whatever pleases you. But the final answer is the completing of the loop. We've tried spinning answers like a broken hoola hoop, and it won't work. It ends in misery, death, inefficiency... which will be corrected as soon as we eat the humble pie - Ezekiel 2:8.

The Ultimate Ground Engine Boese-Hertzberg-Riley 

All of this brings us then to: How do we design the ultimate non-polluting engine? I started looking at vehicle engine design in July 2003. I had suffered several terrible bouts of gout (excessive blood acid), and was unable to walk or do much. so I entertained myself by exploring an idea; that all the heat generated by the combustion engine should be harnessed & used somehow. At the time, I thought the primary gasoline (or diesel) heat could run a secondary steam engine. That idea is still somewhat valid. But then I found the LN2000 engine and Dr. Abe Hertzberg. He wanted to use compressed air, compressed so hard (4,321 psi) that it became packed into a supercold liquid. Then there was a major problem of the cold nitrogen freezing the engine piston to the cylinder wall.

Dr. Hertzberg & his team decided that pre-warming the nitrogen as it traveled from storage tank to the engine cylinder would be the best answer. It was not. As the liquid was expanded it lost its power. By the time the power reached the cylinder it was a fraction, and the result was the prototype would only reach 30+ mph.

Something else was wrong with his engine! It was designed like a gasoline engine; it was Linear. But the linear In-Out gasoline engine produced many undesirable environmental by-products... so Dr. Hertzberg's attempt to design yet another "In-Out" engine was doomed. Just as the rockets he helped design for NASA and the Space Shuttle. All such engines have one direction to them. And ultimately they end in WASTE.

The Ultimate Space Engine Ezekiel Chariot Vision; What, Why, How

The ultimate engine was described a long time ago in the Bible. The more I investigate it the more answers I see to our myriad of problems. The ultimate engine is described at Ezekiel 1:16 as a "wheel within a wheel" and further in 1:17 this Holy Bible says the wheels only turn in one direction. How strange, how different. In vs. 14 we are told of energy sparking back and forth and verse 28 pretty much says when we come face to face with this engine we will be face to face with God...

What do these things mean? The energy coursing to & fro is being endlessly?renewed, possibly by passing through a permanent Power Source -which Christians and other religions would call GOD-, & this Power Source is believed to be sentient {all-seeing}. The wheels aren't "do everything" wheels; instead their design is dedicated & magnified into the single direction for maximum efficiency of motion. Being a "wheel within a wheel" covers full range of movement, the x, y and z in our 3-dimensional universe. But, there's something else here. Each maximized wheel energy & wheel motion, both, working together... the spirit {power} being ever-present in each of the wheels.

THIS INDICATES THE ULTIMATE ENGINE WOULD BE ONE ENGINE MADE UP OF MANY DEDICATED, UNI-DIRECTIONAL, CENTRAL PROCESSOR-CONTROLLED ENGINES.These engines would be designed for maximum individual efficiency which then results in maximum total efficiency.
What makes the ultimate engine so ultimate?

First of all #1, it's ultimate because it was written down centuries ago by people we today consider to be scientific hacks. Meaning the chances of the Ezekiel vision being thunk up by Ezekiel (and his friend farmers & fishermen riding in oxcarts?) -instead of inspired- is rather low. So Ultimate #1 is it shows God-Intellect.

Secondly #2, such a "multiengine engine" is always Right (Positive) even when it reverses direction. Re-directing more power to one engine (x/y/z subset-engine-pulsings) -reducing power to its opposing engine- (x/y/z subset-engine-pulsations) makes the overall vector an Opposed Sum (More Plus + Less Plus). Such an Ultimate Engine would change direction very quickly, even at near the speed of thought itself. The engine is always right because its Designer is always right.

Thirdly #3, our present engines travel through Center Power-Zero (center axis) to reverse directions via a transmission. (This to me seems to be a loss of power during the transmission of power as the engine is constantly entering & departing Zero Power.).

The Ultimate Engine negates all negatives.  

The Conclusion to Society then? The conclusion is really Simple. Every system we build needs to be a closed system or as close as we can get to one. The monetary system is an engine. If it fails it does so because it spins off too many loose ends. Spinning loose ends doesn't automatically stop a system from succeeding IF all the loose ends are brought back into the loop later. Every system has to be designed like a flowchart, a never ending batch file that constantly returns to the Start. The problem with our schools of higher learning, our professionals, our scholars, is that they have been taught to avoid the loop at all costs. Start with a problem and end with an answer. Which is JUST FINE ON PAPER BUT WE AREN'T PAPER! We need Life to continue, people to be fed, teeth getting fixed, people being fed, and this requires writing a never-ending solution that never, never stops looping. Using renewable energy taps into such a universal loop where Matter changes to Energy (Suns) and Energy changes to Matter (Black Holes) that eventually becomes another Sun. We don't have to Create; all we need to do is find our place in that loop and tap into it.

Usually at this point of discussing engines someone jumps up with the argument against perpetual motion. I don't try to accomplish that. I don't trouble myself with it because it doesn't matter. But if we design engines that are CLOSE TO PERPETUAL MOTION, an engine that only required the push of a finger to push it "over the edge" from failure to success, we will have gotten plenty close. We might could, eventually, design engines so close to perperpetual that the power of our mind would be enough to do that. Of course we're talking about some really honed devices at that point. And maybe I'm going too far, but if the difference between success & failure comes down to mere thought energy, then we will have accomplished individual levitation & flight. And probably an interstellar {overpowers gravity} engine that envelopes us in the vacuum of space, much like the bubble that carried Green Lantern. Hint: Thepowerisintheunidirectionalwheels.

SOLVING OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES of the United States Military  
AND FOR ALLOFUS 

Solving Earth's problems is a major thrust of making new engines that are so internal-efficient there's very little waste. But just solving the Earth engine-pollution problem still leaves a few other issues needing solved, such as other Nations firing armed ICBM's at us. Last month I proposed a solution for incoming ICBM's instead of our military trying to hit one incoming missile with one heat seeking (or other seeking) missile to intercept. The idea is to launch a "spray" of interceptor missiles that are "connected" via a series radio signal. They aim at the incoming missile yet are far enough apart -perhaps a few yards or meters- to assure the hit. When the antimissile hits the intruder, the radio connection signal is lost... and the lack for that signal triggers the other missiles to explode also. This definitely "takes out" the incoming ICBM plus it doesn't leave any armed missiles falling to the ground.

This simple technology can also be used against *KILLER ASTEROIDS*. However, many of these asteroids are thought to be extremely dense, so dense that atomic weapons may not stop them. Even a spread of atomic warheads might prove only partially effective to either destroy or slow such a powerful, Earth-bound space projectile. My thought then is to send a spread of missiles similar to the one for ICBM'S, except the signal between them would not just be a radio signal; they would actually form a RINGED LASER. As the asteroid APPROACHES the middle of the LASER RING configuration, the laser ring would fire. The asteroid would enter a criss-crossed laser fire at such a high speed that the lasers would slice the asteroid as it goes through the lasers... using the asteroid's speed against it.

Either of 3 results:

1) the asteroid is sliced into 3 or 4 smaller pieces. These smaller pieces would exit the ring with changed trajectories, possibly enough to miss Earth altogether. If not, the divided pieces would do less damage, possibly even being evaporated by Earth's atmosphere.

2) by "laser-carving" the front of the asteroid, increasing the asteroid's surface at the front end... causing intense laser heat in space (directly) or by criss crossing the "front" of the asteroid with incisions that would increase its surface friction on entering Earth's atmosphere, making it burn more (indirectly).

3) the asteroid could be exploded altogether if the asteroid happened to have naturally explosive elements just waiting to be ignited by the ringed laser.

To sum up, this is proper,
that an effective counter-ICBM system would also work
against incoming asteroids... as I suspect most military and civilian
researchers have already decided anyway.
Both problems are similar, so the answer would also be similar.
