On June 17th, the unpowered clean solar water heating system built by Xingya Sunshine passed the acceptance of Yangzhong People's Hospital and was officially put into use.
The system tested by Yangzhong People's Hospital can produce 12 tons of clean hot water at 60℃ a day. The heat collecting part is composed of 18 heat collecting units, and each unit is composed of 40 special vacuum heat collecting tubes with a diameter of 58mm and a length of 2100mm, and water tanks and thickening supports with thick insulation layers. Due to the limited space on the roof of the hospital, the collector array in series is fixed on a bracket that is more than one person high, so as to efficiently utilize the light energy. In order to prevent the influence of rainy weather on hot water output, the system is equipped with two volumetric electric boilers. In normal weather, the equipment does not start, and the solar energy, which is clean, cost-free and emission-free, can be used as the heat source to meet the design requirements, saving a lot of energy costs for users.
