Basic provisions
The following conditions should be met before commencement:
1. Before the construction of the project starts, the construction unit shall obtain the relevant construction permit documents.
2, the construction site should be equipped with water, power, road, solar cable 6mm, telecommunications and site leveling conditions.
3. The qualification of the construction unit, the qualification of special operators, construction machinery, construction materials and measuring instruments shall be reported to the supervision unit or the construction unit for examination.
4. The construction drawings necessary for the commencement of construction shall pass the joint examination; design disclosure should be completed; the construction organization design and major construction plan should be approved; project division and quality assessment criteria shall be determined.
5. The construction unit shall complete the arrangement of temporary construction facilities according to the requirements of the general construction layout plan.
6, engineering positioning measurement datum should be established
The specifications of equipment and materials shall meet the design requirements. Unqualified equipment and materials shall not be used in the project.
The qualification certificates, manuals, test records, accessories and spare parts of the equipment and materials should be complete.
The transportation and storage of equipment and apparatus shall conform to the requirements of this system; when the product has special requirements, it shall meet the special provisions of the product requirements.
Concealed works shall meet the following requirements:
Before concealing the project, the construction unit shall conduct self-inspection according to the project quality assessment and acceptance standards, and submit an application for acceptance to the supervisor after passing the self-inspection.
Concealed work can only be carried out after the inspection and acceptance by the supervision engineer. The concealed work acceptance visa unit shall fill in the form required by the relevant requirements of the current industry standard "Regulations for Acceptance and Evaluation of the Construction Quality of Electric Power Construction" DL/T 5210.
Construction process records and related experiment records should be complete.
When the project has the acceptance conditions, it shall timely apply for acceptance and submit the relevant acceptance materials. Without acceptance or unqualified acceptance of the project shall not be delivered to use or subsequent engineering construction.
The construction site should be set up "five cards and one drawing", and the site fence should meet the relevant requirements.
The construction of pile foundation shall comply with the following provisions:
1. The appearance and pile quality inspection shall be carried out for the pressed (batted and rotated) pile after entering the site and before construction. Rigid pile caps shall be installed on the pile heads of hydrostatic prefabricated piles.
2. The positioning of the piling equipment should be stable, and the equipment should not be tilted and offset in the piling process. The pile in place should be kept upright, so that the axis of the jack, pile joint and pile hole are overlapped, and eccentric pressure should not be applied.
3. Check the pressure, pile perpendicularity and pressing depth during pile pressing.
4. Pile pressing should be carried out continuously, and the interval between the same pile should not exceed 30min. Normally, the pile driving speed should not exceed 2m/min.
5. The control depth scale should be set on the drilling tool of the grouping pile, and the observation record should be made in the construction.
6. In the construction of cast-in-place pile, the whole process of hole formation, slag removal, reinforcement cage placement, concrete (cement slurry) pouring should be inspected.
7. Concrete (cement slurry) should be poured into the pile as soon as possible after the hole quality inspection is qualified.
8. The outer side of the steel pipe pile should be wrapped with geomembrane, and the inner steel pipe should be anticorrosive by filling ground.
9. The strength and bearing capacity test of pile bracket foundation should be carried out in different areas according to the atoms controlling the construction quality.
The construction of the roof steel structure foundation shall comply with the following provisions:
1. The construction of steel structure foundation shall not damage the main structure of the original building, and the connection between the steel structure foundation and the load-bearing structure of the original building shall be ensured to be firm and reliable.
2. The support foundation of the current layer should be constructed together with the main structure.
3, grounding flat steel, Angle steel welding should be anticorrosive treatment.
4. When the steel structure is used as the support foundation, the roof waterproof project should be finished before the construction of the steel structure support, and the waterproof layer of the roof should not be destroyed in the construction process of the steel structure support.
5. If the waterproof structure of the original building has to be destroyed according to the design requirements, it should be re-waterproof according to the original waterproof structure.
