Can not power on or charging

If you receive the spot welding machine and find that it cannot be turned on or there is no response when inserting the charging wire, it is recommended to charge for more than 3 hours,then removing the charging wire and restarting the machine (be sure to remove the charging wire before operating)

Or try clicking the RST hole next to the charging port to reset the spot welding machine

We suggest directly connect the black charging wire coming with spot welder from power adapter to spot welder，and power adapter need 5V current above 2A.

We not suggest use PD charger or connect any other voltage current meter,because some PD charger and wire can not output a 5V voltage,type C to type C connect will have some charging problem!

Spot Welder include high discharge lipo battery,for safe delivery,it have low power,inside IC control charging current when battery is low power,
In the case of low power, there may be a low voltage alarm and the screen is not bright, continue to charge, the screen will return to normal charging，we suggest charing more than 30 minutes.

How to Welding

Long click the button to power on or off the spot welder，one click go to next manual when spot welder in power on status.

Try different spot welding power from low to high,we suggest use gear 11 or 12 to welding 0.12mm Nickel steel strip,if set the MAX gears,Nickel belt will be broken down or spot welder will power off to protection mode,It is not that the higher the power, the better welding effect is.

When welding, press down the soldering pin lightly, and the nickel sheet and the battery can be bonded together. The harder you press, the less solid the welding will be. It will automatically trigger after pressing down for one second.

Precautions for maintenance

The spot-welding machine has a built-in high-rate lithium battery, which is different from the mobile phone battery. The high-rate lithium battery can discharge with high current, so if it is not used for a long time, it may cause the battery voltage too low to shut down, and serious may cause battery damage. We recommend charging it to about 80% for storage in 2-3 months
